The Lifestyle Program is based on Hippocratic principles of Regimen Therapy which is directed towards stimulation of body's innate healing power.

The power of self-healing

Cuts, burns, the common flu, fractures, bruises etc. all heal themselves. The body has the capacity to heal majority of ailments on its own provided the right environment is created for it to do so.

Dr. Ali uses his Dietary Program (to improve digestion and absorption of nutrients), Yoga (for physical and emotional stress management) and a unique Massage Technique to improve blood flow to the vital centres of the brain through the arteries of the neck, to kick start the process of self-healing.

If you decide to raise your level of health and lower your propensity to sickness, you will need to consider six factors:

  • Food
  • Water
  • Environment
  • Sleep and Walking
  • Exercise and Rest
  • Appetite and Digestion

To achieve this you need to adopt a regimen or lifestyle. This is the basis if integrated health.

Summary of Regimen Therapy:

Diet

  • Avoid smoking and alcohol
  • Eat organic food, especially meat and poultry
  • Avoid canned or preserved food totally
  • Avoid yeast-products, fried foods, citrus fruits, cheese, mushrooms, coffee, excess salt
  • Balance your intake of fruits and vegetables with a sufficient quantity of proteins
  • Drink carrot, celery, apple, and ginger juice
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Sleep early and rest whenever possible
  • Dinner should be light and eaten early

Massage

  • Have regular therapeutic massages with a focus on the neck and shoulders.

Exercises

  • Do daily Yoga exercises
