Vaginal Discharge

Vaginal Discharge My 11- year-old daughter has had a vaginal discharge since she was a baby. When she was six, the GP prescribed Canesten cream for the continual redness and soreness. At seven, she was put on antibiotics after a bacterial infection was diagnosed, but this did not help. More recently, Chinese herbs have helped with the redness and soreness, but the discharge is still there, ranging in colour from pale yellow to greenish. I am worried that this problem will affect fertility. Have you any suggestions?

Vaginal Soreness

Vaginal Soreness Following a course of antibiotics (metronidazole) for bacterial vaginosis I developed soreness, stinging and a burning sensation in and around my vaginal, with red, wrinkled skin on the inner lips. I’m prone to skin irritation around this area and also have had thrush after antibiotics in the past. The doctor at my local GU clinic diagnosed vulvdynia and advised two weeks of washing and applying aqueous cream, but it hasn’t helped. It’s so bad that I have gone off sex.

Violent Coughing

Violent Coughing Last spring I started to suffer from a persistent cough, which later became associated with mucus passing down to my throat and into my mouth. This resulted in periodic bouts of violent coughing. My GP prescribed a nasal spray, but this had no effect. What can you suggest?

Vitiligo

Vitiligo My daughter has the skin disease vitiligo. Doctors have told her that there is no known cure. Can you recommend any creams, tablets or herbal treatments that may help?
